We had Andy and Tony out for Fourth of July weekend to swim and bbq. This pool has been amazing this summer...it is the one and only way to tolerate these 100+ degree days. Yuck!

Chris and I were invited to David and Lorriane's Lake house with Courtney and Gary one weekend and we had the BEST time! It was soooooo relaxing and we can't wait to back before summer ends!
Courtney, Gary, Chris, me, and Chad took the boat and the jet ski out to Pine Island which was soooooo nice. The water was so cool and the sand beach was awesome!
After our trip to Pine Island we played bags, watched the sunset, ate a delicious dinner, and played Screw Your Neighbor all night. It was hilarious!
Mylie had a BLAST with her Grandma and Grandpa all weekend, but I think she was pretty happy to see us :o)
Our family welcomed a new addition this month...Sarah's new baby boy, Finn! He is super sweet and too cute! We all loved getting to play with him!
Mylie and Maddie, now unlikely allies, against the big, bad, scary puppy, lol.
Mylie was put on a diet after a very (ahem) startling weigh in at her last appointment. Don't feel too bad for her though, she now gets fruit for her "treats" which she loves more than anything! This is her trying watermelon for the first time (not pictured, the puddle of drool at her feet).
Well Chris and I are headed out to cruise the Caribbean in just 3 short days! I am SO excited but SO sad to leave my Mylie. I've never left her for so long so it will be hard; however, I know she will be in great hands with my parents (THANKS MOM AND DAD!!!) :o) I will have what I'm sure will be a looooooooong update when we return!
