Menu Plan Monday

Monday- Turkey burger, grilled veggies, fruit salad.

Tuesday- Sloppy joes, edamame.

Wednesday- Whole Wheat spaghetti with veggie sauce.

Thursday- Talapia, cous, cous, steamed veggies (I never cooked this last week).

Friday- Dinner out

Saturday- Furniture shopping allllllll day. I doubt I will be cooking.

Sunday- Mexican Chicken with brown rice and fruit salad.

On a none food related note, I have a very important appointment with another Vet Tech school on Friday that will pretty much decide whether I go there or not (which I really, really want to!). I am anxious beyond belief, and I am trying to remember God has control over this. Please pray for me to feel calm and content with whatever happens on Friday. And if you could throw in that if the result is me being accepted, that would be even better :o)

Menu Plan Monday....

.....on Sunday night! I never have time on Monday anymore :o)
Monday- Beef fajitas with onions and red peppers.
Tuesday- Quesadilla with beef fajita meat and mixed mexican veggies.
Wednesday- Whole wheat Spinach and Artichoke Calzones with steamed veggies.
Thursday- Chris is out with his boss. I will have cereal.
Friday- Something on the road on the way to the farm!!!!!
Saturday- Whatever Mamar makes.
Sunday- Lemon zested Talapia, cous cous, edamame.

He Is Risen!

In a world that is becoming increasingly non-Christian I feel it's my duty, no it's my choice, to shout to the world the truth about today (and by the world I mean the 15 people that read my blog :o)

Jesus died on the cross because of US. He died for OUR sins. He didn't have to do it. He did it because he LOVES us and wanted us ALL to have a chance at ETERNAL life! The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" Romans 6:23

I believe the blood of Jesus Christ is the atonement for my sins, I believe that God resurrected Jesus Christ from the tomb. I am proud to say Jesus Christ is my Lord AND Savior.

I hope you all spend the day being thankful that though we all fall short, on a daily, hourly, minutely basis, we are still saved! "that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."Romans 10:9-10.

Christ has died, Christ has Risen, Christ will come again!

Happy Birthday Laura!

I wanted to wish my BFF Laura a Happy 25th Birthday! Since our birthdays are a day apart we have always gotten to celebrate together, and I love it! The first birthday we celebrated together was or thirteenth and it consisted of a sleep over, lots of junk food, and watching our soap operas (lol!!!!!!!!). Now, it's time to celebrate our 25th with a delicious italian meal and a bottle of wine. Our birthdays over the years have changed a lot but have always meant to the world to me! I love you Laura, and I hope today is the best birthday so far!

Obama is trying to put into place new laws regarding the Conscience Clause and it's more than just disturbing...it's downright wrong! This is the law that states that pro-life health care professionals cannot be punished for refusing to perform abortions. Obama wants to nullify it...but we can STOP HIM! This man is OUT OF CONTROL! We are Americans and we have the right to choose NOT to force people to murder innocents babies! We have to do something to stop this evil man. I truly believe him to be just that...evil. He has done nothing in his Presidency so far to prove otherwise.

I fully believe that if you don't do something to change things you believe to be wrong, than you can't complain when they happen! If you have a blog, an email, a facebook, a myspace or whatever...post this! We have to stop him!
