We spent New Years night with Alli and Taylor for pizza and game night! Bennett was awake for some of the evening and we got some laughs and smiles from him! Isn't he just squeezable!?!? Love him!
Chris bought this Reindeer for Mylie on clearance at Petco New Years Day and she LOVES it! She holds the hand in her mouth and runs around the house with it. So precious!!!
On the first Monday of January, we met Gary, Courtney, Paul, and Melissa for dinner at Fogo de Chao. It was GOOD and also, $438. Yeesh. It was all worth it when, as we were leaving, we found out George W. Bush and George Bush Sr (and their respective wives) were there! WE SAW THEM!!! I was so excited! The secret service were parked right next to us, and I waved to the men in black...they were not amused, lol.
This is how Mylie and I spend our afternoons! I study and she stares at me :o) I can't wait for tomorrow and Friday when we are actually expecting SNOW! Substantial snow! Can't wait!!!
Chris and I decided to venture (way) across time for some Buca di Beppo and got these yummy drinks. I took a picture because, a) they are pretty, and b) they were $14 each. Needless to say for that price, I expected to be buzzed ALL night!
This is our newest obsession...Call of Duty! Actually, Chris has long loved this game, but I decided to start playing to give us something else to do together and he was thrilled. Oddly, I love it! The best part is, we can play online with Gary and Courtney (Gmoney2525 1&2) and Laura and Morgan (welshaggie 1&2)!
Well, a lot went on in January...lots of time with friends and family. Dinners out, Girls Nights, National Championship party, COD, and so on. Somehow, I only walked away with a handful of pictures!?! I'll try better next month!
